I provide the level of expertise normally only obtained from extremely expensive lawyers charging high levels of fees. As my home base is such that I do not have expensive overheads and infrastructure costs I am able to offer the type of service that can be tailored to the clients financial capacity to service their needs.

Whilst I do not engage in Legal Aid work, I do have considerable experience appearing at court for clients in both Planning and Commercial disputes and these disputes include leading legal teams in advice and challenges in complex proceedings such as Judicial Review against decisions made by Central and Local Government.

I will lead clients and where necessary their teams in the purchase and development of complex and large land holdings, dealing with the negotiation and drafting of complex planning and legal documents where required.
