I am home based and I am always ready and willing to visit you to discuss your needs and problems. I have been qualified as a solicitor since 1988 and have a wide range of experience.
I have worked in a large regional firm of Solicitors based in Kent and Sussex where as a Partner I led the Town Planning Team and at that time my client base was varied so that I had as clients Housing Developers, a London Planning Authority and many individuals and small firms. I also acted for clients in complex property disputes and disputes relating to building contracts, often resolving those disputes through mediation although at times similar matters did end up in court for resolution.
In more recent times I was a Partner in a large central London firm of Solicitors again specializing in the type of work mentioned above and then until very recently I work for that same firm as a Consultant based from my home premises.
Whilst it existed I was on the Law Society list of specialist Solicitors in the field of Town Planning and can offer a bespoken service in that area dealing with the submission of planning applications, supporting clients where such applications are refused and need to be appealed and also advising and providing support when planning authorities have issued enforcement action. I also submit where necessary objections to planning applications.
